Your Pal Al Boards began during the COVID-19 pandemic as an enjoyable way to pass time and entertain family. Coming from a family that loves food, charcuterie boards quickly became a staple. The best part of creating a board is that no board is ever the same, the wide variety of cheeses, meats and accompaniments always brings a new element!
Meet the Owner
Hi! My name is Alexandra (Ally) Larson and I am the owner of Your Pal Al Boards. I love trying new foods and entertaining, which is what brought me to making charcuterie boards. I have always enjoyed creating cheeseboards for family events and when the pandemic began, I decided to start my own company and share my passion with others. When social gatherings began again, I knew it was a great time to launch my small business and I have enjoyed every second of the journey! The most special part of this business is how every board is so different and personal to each client and their event. It brings me great enjoyment to be a small part in these special events.
